Village of Glendale
Igler was the first female solicitor for the Village of Glendale, Ohio. She was a descendant from an original resident of the village, and attended the Congress Avenue school there. Prior to her attendance at Ward-Belmont, she graduated from the Glendale Female College in 1927. Below is documentation of certain social events she engaged in as a resident and solicitor for the village.

Igler participates in a "Stunt Night" dancing gig for the Glendale Parent-Teacher Association, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Interesting to see that, after her time at Ward-Belmont, Igler maintained her affinity for dance.

"The secretaries of 'The Rhythm Brigade' are presented at the center right. These snappy dancers are Miss Elizabeth Igler, Mrs. G. B. Hanna, Miss Elsa Thompson and Mrs. Medora Elliot."
